Parcel force Worldwide - How do I use Track and Trace?
Simply enter the unique tracking number from your documentation or as provided by the sender and you’ll be able to tell you the progress of your item. Parcel force Worldwide if you're tracking the progress of a parcel you're expecting to receive, you'll need to contact the sender for the unique tracking number, the tracking number with included within the order dispatched e-mail. Terms & Conditions
A signature is required for all orders that are delivered by Parcel Force and our courier services. Someone must be at your delivery address to sign for your parcel between 8am and 6pm, so please send it somewhere it can be reliably signed for, such as your place of work, a neighbour. Goods must be in stock. For exceptions please see the chart below. Please note that orders are sent by Royal Mail or by our courier APC. They take between 1 and 3 working days to be delivered. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the order.
Orders placed after 3:00pm on Standard Delivery, or 4:30pm Mon-Fri for Premium Services, during the week or at weekends are processed and despatched the following working day.
Orders that contain pre-order products (i.e. not currently in stock) will be shipped as soon as all products are in stock. If you would like your products shipped as soon as stock is available, please contact sales@candyswirls.co.uk; a separate P&P charge will apply to each despatch.
Please also note that during busy seasonal times of year (for example Valentine's Day, Summer (July/August) and especially at Christmas) there may be a slight delay in the despatch of your order, so please check our homepage for details in the unlikely event that you'll need to allow extra time for delivery.
Mail orders paid for by cheque will be held for 7 days to await clearance.
Wholesale or Bulk Ordering:
Orders placed for 21 cases/126 drums and over will be subject to stock availability and security checks standard lead-time 2/3 days for drum and boxed lines.
